These Terms & Conditions and Cookie Policy govern your use of the Design Virtuoso website (designvirtuoso.co and any successor domains we operate). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms.
Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Design Virtuoso LLP (“Design Virtuoso”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an architecture, interiors, and landscape design practice headquartered at HR: L-4/36 A, DLF Phase II, Gurugram, India. Contact: info@designvirtuoso.co.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing, downloading from, linking to, or otherwise using this website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately.
These terms apply to visitors, prospective clients, collaborators, job applicants, and any other users of the site. They do not replace a signed project agreement, engagement letter, or licence between you and Design Virtuoso.
3. Nature of the website
The website is provided for general information, portfolio presentation, and contact purposes only. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer, quotation, professional advice, or guarantee of availability, fees, timelines, or design outcomes.
Any design, construction, consultancy, or licensing engagement begins only when confirmed in a written agreement signed by authorised representatives of Design Virtuoso (and, where applicable, the client).
4. Intellectual property — ownership
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Design Virtuoso LLP owns all intellectual property rights in and to this website and its contents. That includes, without limitation: architectural and interior designs; landscape concepts; drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details; 3D models and visualisations; renders; photographs and video; mood boards and material boards; branding, logos, and typography; copy, layouts, and UI; and any other creative or technical work shown or described on the site (together, the “Materials”).
Publication of Materials on this website or on our social channels does not place them in the public domain and does not grant you any licence, assignment, or implied right to copy, adapt, or reuse them.
Where a client project is shown, Design Virtuoso retains ownership of its design authorship and of the Materials as presented on this site, subject only to rights expressly granted in that client’s written project agreement. Portfolio display is for illustration of our work and style — it is not permission for third parties to reuse the design.
5. Intellectual property — prohibited use
Without prior written permission from Design Virtuoso LLP, you must not:
• copy, download (except incidental browser caching), reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, or mirror any Materials;
• adapt, modify, translate, or create derivative works based on our designs, drawings, concepts, or visual identity — including for your own or a third party’s architecture, interior, landscape, product, or branding project;
• use Materials as reference boards, “inspiration” packs, competition submissions, student coursework for publication, or pitch material presented as your own or another practice’s work;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract images, text, or metadata (including for datasets, machine learning, generative AI training, or similar automated systems);
• remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices, credits, watermarks, or proprietary markings;
• frame the site or use our logos, names, or trade dress in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written consent.
6. Licensing, image rights, and permissions
If you wish to use, reproduce, adapt, or reference any Materials — including photography, renders, drawings, or design concepts — for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, you must obtain a prior written licence from Design Virtuoso LLP.
Licensing requests (usage rights, image rights, adaptation rights, co-branded publications, press, educational use, or reuse of design intent on other projects) should be sent to info@designvirtuoso.co with a clear description of the intended use, territory, duration, and media. We may grant, refuse, or condition licences at our sole discretion and may require fees, credit lines, and contractual terms.
Informal messages, social-media likes, or verbal discussions do not constitute a licence. Only a written licence or signed agreement from Design Virtuoso authorises the uses described therein.
7. Trademarks and third-party marks
“Design Virtuoso”, related logos, and distinctive visual marks are trademarks or trade dress of Design Virtuoso LLP. Third-party names, products, or brands mentioned on the site remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
8. User submissions
If you submit information through our contact or recruitment forms (or by email), you confirm that you have the right to provide that information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us permission to use submitted materials solely to respond to your enquiry or evaluate an application, unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Do not submit confidential designs belonging to others, unlawful content, or materials that infringe third-party rights. We may retain correspondence as needed for business and legal purposes.
9. Disclaimers
The site and Materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that portfolio imagery perfectly represents built conditions, colours, or finishes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Design Virtuoso LLP and its partners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or Materials.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
11. Third-party links and embeds
The site may link to third-party websites (for example Instagram) or embed third-party content (for example maps). We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their policies.
12. Enforcement
Unauthorised use of Materials may constitute copyright infringement, passing off, unfair competition, or other civil (and, where applicable, criminal) wrongs. We reserve all rights and remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal costs where available.
We may suspend or restrict access to the site, demand takedown of infringing copies, and notify platforms or hosts hosting unauthorised reproductions.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory law, courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site.
Questions about these terms or licensing: Design Virtuoso LLP, HR: L-4/36 A, DLF Phase II, Gurugram, India — info@designvirtuoso.co.
