We come back and brainstorm with our research handy. We are imagining things. Raw concepts are in the making. Our sketch boards are out. A lot of scattered sheets, pencils, pens, charcoals. We try to live a few concepts that are worthy of you and your wishes. We will meet you again and let you live all of them. The one we both love, we choose it.
Until now, the concept was raw. We now build on it. Every millimetre is marked out on paper and precise drawings happen (remember, we have modern day processes to make sure everything happens on time). We have begun to see the final form of it. Walkthroughs for you to imagine it all better. You are in love with it but are looking for more. We keep meeting and work out materials to be used, furniture, fixtures, fabrics and other elements. Structural and interior planning is complete. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC has all been looked into with a fine eye.
It is now time to move from potential to expression. A project manager is assigned to you. Dedicated site supervisors are put in place to make things happen. Robust, technology enabled and intuitive project plans are shared with you for real time tracking.
Day by day, it builds up. And before your anxiety and excitement overwhelms you, your dream stands tall in front of you – realised in all its glory to welcome you to its new world.
